Most of us call the part a PCM. car-part.com is many salvage yards together online, and a good source. I'd recomend getting the exact year you need,also match transmission, and emmisions package may be important too depending on year. (For example, federal emissions for 2000 was 1 cat, my 2000 has 3, with sensors on 2) I found one there for $80 for my truck. Get more spark advance for better performance while you're at it - you'll probably still be fine running regular with the 4.7. I only need to run premium when towing.
