Message: I have encountered many of these rotor warping concerns at the dealership. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it is a design flaw-rotors are too small for a truck of this weight. I have had some success in sanding out the ruts that the brake pads cause on the slides, which cause the calipers to stick and make more heat develop on the rotor. Its worth a shot and it is the only thing to do other that replacing the stock brakes with larger knuckles, rotors, calipers and pads. If you have noticed, the new ram, dakota and durango all have MUCH larger brake rotors, calipers and pads. They have had much less warping problems than the previous vehicles.

Message: they also have LARGER wheel diameters to accomadate the extra room those things take up behind the wheels. a lot of the gen 3's come with 15 inch wheels , the new ones with 17 that allows for a two inch diameter bigger rotor, dork.
