The dak has a knock. 01, 7454 miles, 3.9L, auto. first oil change at 300 miles and every 3000 aft. Using Castro GTX 10w-30 w/ mopar filter. Dealer said it was the roller lifters. It has a quiet deep tone. Want to take it to Colorado from Houston Tx. I hope it will be o.k. Any ideas?

blue get rid of the castrol.it has a lot of additives!i used it when i didnt know any better!
i use mobil 1 synthetic 10w30 check out other posts on oil and you will see no one uses castrol!
try changing brands of oil frist go with mobil or mobil 1 synthetic and go from there to see what your problem is!
