 Subject: Rear Axle Housing Replacement

I had my dakota at the dealership for warranty repairs. The LSD retainer pins came loose and the LSD play wore into the housing. They had to replace the whole housing and the LSD unit. When I got it back from the dealer and took it home and looked it over they never painted the housing. Should they have? Looks to me the thing is just going to rust and corrode and fail probably about the time the 7-70 goes out. Can I take it back and make them paint it like it was when I bought the truck?
