Well i also have a 2000 neon and it cuts out only when at a low idle and it has to be in a gear...doesnt do it in neutral.When i get up to about 25 or 30 it stops completely.I looked at the plugwires and 1 was bad so im getting new ones 2morrow but i fixed the old 1 for now and it should have been fine but i guess it could be bad deep inside the wire.The plugs have been changed.I need help..this is my ride to work because its a 4 cylinder and my 2001 dakota is a 8 4.7.
