One of my friends from work is giving me a set of headers for free. They came off of his brothers 2002 ram 1500 w/4.7ltr engine. I was just wondering if they would fit my dakota? I know the engines are the same, I was just curious if anybody knows if they are different for the ram, maybe clearance wise. I'm sure the ram has more room in the engine bay so maybe they are able to make the bends less restrictive or something?? Anyways if anybody has any info it would be appreciated, thanks

Look up the headers on the www.gibsonperformance.com site. The part numbers are probably the same.

It shows part number gp307 for the 01 4.7lter dakota and part number gp308 for the 4.7ltr durango and ram. I figured the dakota and durango would have the same part number and the ram would be different.
