Subject: K&N vs. Intense Performance

Message:
I am thinking of buying a CAI for my 1998 Dodge Dakota 5.2L and was wondering which CAI will perform better (K&N FIPK or IntensePerformance CAI). They cost about the same so that isn't an issue but I am just wondering what will work better for me.

Thanks
Andrew

I heard good things about both, I went with
K&N because they are a larger company and
have a little more research backing them, and
there intake looks a little more professional.
But im sure their both within a few ponies.

Thanks for the help anyone have specific HP gains for either of the CAI. Not just from the website but from users actually doing Dyno tests.

If you want more air flow try a larger filter not a smaller one that lets in a little dirt with the air.
Figure it out square inch wise.
Get a 3"x14" and get all the flow the motor can pump
and still keep the dirt out.
