I have a 2004 Dakota CC 4.7 auto. I am wanting to order the KRC 212 cams but i am afraid that without the PCM Flash that i will not see much of a gain. Does anyone have an idea if anybody offers a flash for the 4 pin connector? or has anyone installed these cams without the PCM flash and noticed a difference. I will be installing a 72mm throttle body, headers, and true dual exhaust before or shortly after this cam change.
Any help is appreciated.

I have the 212s without a PCM upgrade (none available for the 03'-04'). they are definitly worth the money. They hit at about 2500 RPMs and pull way past the redline. Also, 72mm maybe a little big for a throttle body, you may lose a lot of bottom end. And headers are useless on the 4.7L (unlrss your going for sound). The stockers already flow pretty well.

If you are getting headers for your '04 please enlighten me as to where you are getting them from. I have called everyone and no one has any listing for the '04's and headers for an '03 will not work on a '04

B&G can flash your PCM's. You'll see about 12hp. Cost is $430 I think. Do a google search for B&G Chrysler.
