Message: I've had 2 sets of BFG 245/60R15's on my 97 Dakota. Good handling, but man, they would spin all the time in the rain, even when feathering the accellerator. This time, I went with Pirelli Scorpion Zero's, same size, 10 times better. I can almost go WOT off the line in the rain and get no slippage. I just have to ease into it, and by the time I'm at 10mph, I'm WOT. BFG's would chirp pretty good if I downshifted from 2nd to 1st anywhere from 25 to 35 mph, these won't. Also got my pirelli's off tirerack.com. Just make sure you can find a local shop to install them first, you can check that on tirerack.com.

Message: I went with BFG 295/50-16's out back and BFG 265/50-16's in the front. Gives the truck an Awsome stance and the fit was very good. It handles well in the Snows here in Colorado also. Here is a Picture or 2 of it.

Message: They are Radial T/A's available at TireRack.com. And the Drop on my truck is a Ground Forces 2"x3.5", and yes those are the factory 16" sport rims. I also use a pair of these for my Mickey Thompson ET Street 28x11.5-16 tires. And they do much better in the rain than one would expect for such a wide tire.
