We don't have anything available yet. You can check back at the end of the year. We're hoping to start development soon. Thanks, KB

Subject: 2003-2004 PCM Flash

I was just wondering if a Optimizer II flash was being developed for the four plug PCM on the 03-04 Dakotas? If so when might a release be expected. Nothing so far from anyone on these vehicles.

Thanks for any info.

Thanks for posting, I know I am eagerly waiting!

Any quick comments on what may have been upgraded or changed software wise in our '04 Dakota PCM's?

I am a C++/SQL Server developer with intimate knowledge of ASM and serial port interface communications.

Think if they ever give us a PCM option for are trucks they will be to damn busy to do anything else. What is dodge acting like winblows and keeping everything with the code Top Secert?? Sure is lame nobody has made anything for the 4.7 pcm yet.

dakvader - Actually, they have made some decent flashes for the older ones. I know how you feel but lets not give the guys who have the older PCMs the wrong impression that they can't be flashed.

Lead, follow, or get out of the way

Hello

I just had mine done for my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004 4.7 by B&G Chrysler Specialists
2076 E. Ten Mile Road
Warren, MI 48091
(586) 758-2003

Cost was 430, but well worth it, Dave stated he could only get me about 12 hp increase, due to the fact that the factory PCM has a fairly aggressive curve to begin with, but improves the HP and torque cure greatly and real glad I did it. These folks at B&G Chrysler
know there stuff and from what I understand these are the fellows who did the actual flash for the PCM that you can buy in the MOPAR catalog.

Hope this helps.

Wow! Thanks Art!

What I want, is not HP, but rather a cure for the 5500 RPM and 115Mph blues... I will call them today, with enough KIND words of encouragement maybe they can do something for me?

Hello

I have to correct some information. Kolak corrected me on one of the Jeep forums. The people who did the PCM upgrade for MOPAR was Ron Zimmer and Mike Leach.

Below the quote for Kolak.
"The B&G guys are definitely a knowledgeable bunch, but it was not they who did the programming for the Mopar Performance PCMs. That was a joint project between Ron Zimmer and Mike Leach"

Sorry for the misinformation, But Mike at B & G does know his Sh*T.
