Haltech is nice, expensive though. We can upgrade your pcm or we offer stand-alone systems like FAST, Haltech, etc.

What kind of flashes do you guys offer for '00 4.7L's now? I heard you guys had something new? I'm more interested in low range power right now than anything else. Most of my other mods that i'll do down the road will help out in the upper RPM's.

Thanks

Haltech??? What was I thinking???? That's what I used on my 427W Cobra; and you're right, it was pretty expensive.

Sorry, I meant Hypertech - the plug in reprogrammer. Still, the best money I spent on my truck. Got it on sale at Jegs for $220.

Go w/the B&G for $430, if your motor/PCM is compatible. I don't know if he can do the 3.9/4.7...mine's the 5.9.

With the mods currently installed, you probably won't notice too much difference w/the Hypertech/Superchips. But, if you tow, it's nice to be able to switch back to stock.

After my "cheap" upgrades - CatB, TB, Intake, 1.7RRs,- the Superchip wasn't worth the $$ vs. performance boost.

The B&G WAS noticeable.

FYI I bought a used PCM off ol' eBay, that I had Dave @ B&G flash. Kept the old one for towing or on the odd chance I have to take it the dealer...I don't want them flashing it again!!
(the original had the Death Flash)

Here's a few quick ?'s for anyone that can answer. I have a mopar pcm for my 99 R/T and I did have it flashed. Was that necessary? Would it have worked perfectly w/o it being flashed? Second, someone asked me if a mopar pcm for a 2000 R/T (part #P5007205) would work on a 99 R/T and I had no idea. Will it work or is that a no go?

PCM's are not interchangeable by year, hence the different part numbers.
