Message: Hi I own a 2000 regular cab with the 4.7 auto and 4 wheel drive. Im looking for a good catback.

Message: I suggest just going to a muffler shop for a custom exhaust.
On my 2003 4.7 RC, I got a new Dynomax Super Turbo muffler, exiting out the side in front of my rear tire, enidng in a nice slash cut Mangaflow stainless stell tip. It cost $150 total, parts & labor. That's cheaper than any catback system I've seen, and I didn't even get my hands dirty.
The split rear would be nice, but I didn't want to mess with my spare tire (a possiblity); and there wouldn't be any noticeable gains anyway (other than the sound).
