how much power would you guys expect out of a 98 318 with kn&n cold air intake, m1 2 barrel intake manifold, msd ignition,positive performance headers with full exhaust system i am ordering it all tommorow and would just like to know what kinda gains to expect thanks in advance!

Probably anywhere from 30 to 40 HP, maybe up to 50hp (at flywheel, but that would be optimistic and not likely imho). I have a very similar setup, except I have a Hyptertech PCM and 1.7 Crower Roller Rockers on my 97 CC SLT 5.2L. The mods you listed dropped my 1/4 by maybe 4/10ths of a second. Also matters on if you have an auto or stick (less drivetrain loss with stick, so get more RWHP). Hard to say exactly though because, like I said, I have the hypertech on there, so that makes a difference on how each mod reacts, plus the rockers were on about the same time I did the intake & headers.
If you believe the advertisements for each mod, you'd get 75-100hp, but they overestimate waaayy too much.

I've also looked at getting some 1.7 rockers. Are they worth it? Where did you get yours?

I got mine from Sam at www.socaldakota.com. He lurks on here a little bit, great guy, helped me with all the questions I have. Took me a few times to get them in right as I've never done anything like them before, but once I figured it out, it's really fairly easy.
As for performance, I cannot say any hard numbers on improvement, at best I think I gained 1/10th of a second in the 1/4. They help the HP stay longer in the higher RPM's.
What other mods do you have Ruthless, there are other mods that will help more at that price or cheaper. Personally, I would have done the M-1 intake and headers first. However, the benefits of the manifold and headers were probably increased due to the rockers.
