Message: if you give it gas will it stay running? it could be your battery. at startup, the computer still relies on the battery until the alternator kicks in. any codes? good luck.

Message: With these symptoms, and hissing, there is very likely a vacuum leak. If not a line, then a gasket, or a crack or corrosion hole in the intake manifold. Put a vacuum gauge on it, if you can have someone hold the gas just enough to keep it running.
