Yeah, it was just a joke to see if luvmez28 would get all worked up. I can just imagine him getting all red in the face whenever he sees something like this. Actually I would beat a Z28 at the local strip cause the only one we have is a mud drag.

now dont forget chevy did make some really slow z28 like the 79 to about late 80,s.what did they run like some 16's high 15,s.now when you talkin about 13s you must be talking about the SS.

well,im talking the 2002 ls1 powered z28,that with no hook up and sorry 60ft times running a mid 13 1/4 mile.and anyone who has a 70s or 80s camaro out at the track isnt gonna be running stock anyway.doesnt take an SS to run 13s.ive actually seen several stock 01-02 SS camaros hit high 12s bone stock.

Actually, some of them late 70's Camaro's will sneak into the track. Whooped up on one last time I ran at VMP. He ended up running a 16.5 I believe? It was bracket racing, so he got about 1 second start on me, and I ran him down the length of the track. But, I broke out and he braked at the very end, coming in just over his time.. grrrr... But hey, I ran down a camaro, even if he was a slow one :)
