Message: I have an M1 on my truck, no turtle. Runs very well. Much more power in the 3k rpm and up range with a good throaty intake roar under WOT. I have heard the ported kegger works well for low end, but loses to the M1 on high end. I would like to get more low end out of my truck, but for me the elimination of the belly gasket and the ease of working around the M1 was worth it. Also looks much better on top of the engine. I plan on porting my TB in the next month which should help my low end a little as well.
