Dodge stopped making the performance PCM so we're out of luck for the '02's. Three aftermarket companies have gotten good reviews for flashing your stock PCM - Mike Leech, KRC Performance and Kenne Bell. Should be able to locate them on the web for prices. I have heard good results from all of these.
I'm still running my stock PCM for the time being.

I have a 02 dakota R/T and I've got a Hypertech Programmer for mine. So contact hypertech and they should be able to hook you up.
