Does anyone know if there is a preformance gain to getting a lid? MPG improvement etc.. or did it decrease preformance cause of the extra wieght. Worried that I will be force to get aftermarket shockes in order to make up for the back end wieght one of these will add.

You will gain about 1 - 2 mpg depneding on how you drive. This will also be the case with a soft tonno cover. The hard tonno cover does not weigh very much. I recomend the snug top it is a very well finished product that very streamlined.

Thanks first looked at the snug top but will most likly go with these guys.
