What kind of HP can we see out of the R/Ts without delving inside? Just in external mods (forget the supercharger or turbo)...is 300hp achievable.

yes, try the lightning killer package from krcperformance.com- should put you in the low 13s with a reg cab and high 13s with a club cab.
