I got a ride in one at the Chrylser Gold medal tour with a Pro driver, it was sweet I tell you we did two laps around a small track sideways the whole way, these guys were putting on new tires every hour. they also had the viper and the SRT-4.

the dealer I work for just got two of them the other day and sold them both before they were even road ready. Fortunatly I got to drive both of them and needless to say they were VERY impressive. Not nearly as fast as a viper but they sound much better from the driver's seat. The viper's side pipes give off a kind of strange raspy note due to only half of the engine's cylinders bellowing from the side pipe closest to the driver's ear. In the Ram SRT-10 more of the intake roar is heard and it is an absolute rush to hear! They are a lot of fun to drive and it took a lot of restraint on my part not to just mash the "go pedal" and let the pirellis smoke but I managed to deliver the vehicle to the detail shop with all of the "new tire needles" intact. Man, what I would do if I owned one! I would be in handcuffs for sure!!

I orderd one in jan 04, im still waiting for it
! turns out im not going to get it. dodge isnt sending them to Il. i'll either have to go to Texas or pay an additional $ 10,000 i told dodge to shove it up the ol poop shoot! ill never buy another mercedes again!! Oops im mean new dodge again!!

why the hell won't they send one to IL? They sent us a few and we are in MN and our dealer sold them for sticker when others are selling them for up to $10,000 over sticker. Also they are not built by mercedes and no parts are shared with them. They are as american (and maybe even more so) as any other of the big three. So far anyways.

That's a load of crap. Maybe your dealer fed you that line to because they f'ed up and undersold it to you? Try another dealer. Instead of throwing a temper tantrum and mouthing off like a 4 year old, why don't you grow a set of balls and find a car at another dealer? That is if your little tale is even true.

yeah that is kinda a load of crap... destination charges don't go up to $10,000 ... unless you live in russia or something.
the dealership here i bought three vehicles from has 3 SRT-10 Rams and a few vipers. Pretty neat but wont let me drive them (show room only).
6.6 Lt. Big Block, 727 TF shift kit, 452 heads, edelbrock 750 cfm, .513/.513 284/300 crower cam, comp cams springs, comp cams pushrods, 1.5 roller rockers, dp intake, mopar ignition, mopar windage tray, dual exhaust w/ 40 series flowmasters, 4.10 gears, coilover drag suspension, approx, 3500 lbs
