 Subject: PPH headers for 4x4?

Does anyone know where I can get a set of Positive Performance Headers for a 2000 5.9 4x4? All of them I've seen are for 2wds and the crossover tube needs to loop under the driveline.

'99 4x4 headers can be made to work, not a big deal.
