Message: I see a power increase once I hit 3000 RPMs. I got an Airaid intake on my 4.7L. As for any difference in mpg, I don't see any. Of course, I still have yet to replace the intake tubing. Anyone know where I can get the ABS tubing to do that? What year truck do you have jeremy? You may have to relocate the IAT with the newer models, which'll make your truck run richer, and I'm assuming you might lose mpg there?

Message: I didn't notice any major difference in gas mileage, though it does help in the power department. Easy to install as well.

Message: I noticed power and fuel economy improvements... only problem with the fuel economy is staying outta the gas with the newfound power.... I "pamper" my gas especially with current prices... my R/T averages between 18-21.... I know, I've been told thats high, but I'm hardly ever on the gas... coasting as much as possible..... I've done as many fuel improvements as possible... at least until the gas prices stabalize!

Message: that intake tube being smooth really helps.. that stock one with all the ribs all the way down just hinders air flow...
