Today I went to go pick up a friend from high school. After the they got into my Dak and I passed a fews lights, coming to a red. Of course I applied the brakes, seeing that I really didn't want to crush the little civic in front of me. When my speedometer caught my eye. It was climbing instead of falling. It was a smooth, good paced climb to 120 and pass and dropped right back down. I thought I blew something or my gauges took a sh*t. But when I got going again, they all worked fine, in fact they were smoother than before. Any ideas? A sign that my gauges are looking in the future for replacement? Its a 2000 RC Sport V6 with only 38,000. Any insights would be appreciated.

WHOA, thats pretty f'ed up. I would guess it has to be a speed sensor issue, as they route the speedo through the computer the guage was probably getting an f'ed up signal from either the sensor or the computer..... electrical sh#t can be a pain, (and expensive!) too bad it didn't happen 2k miles ago, it'd still have been under factory warranty!
