Okay guys, who makes a good high-flow cat? Are they street-legal? Would it lend more to fuel economy, horse power, or both?

YOU do. It's the kind where you cut it open on top, gut it, then weld it back together. All depends on your states emissions laws though. I cant do it here in Cali, but I know it works. Give you about 5-10 HP. (That's heresay though)

Thanks SoCalSLT, I live in Northern CA, so I know what you can't do to your truck in this Nazi state of ours! I heard that there were high-flow cats that you could buy that are better performing than stock. Relf
