I'm not sure how much horsepower this guy's truck made, but Nick Kramar had a CC V6 that went low 11s (yes, quarter mile). It was twin turbocharged, had a rebuilt 42RE, 2.02 heads, 175 shot, 4.10 gears, Accel D.F.I, and weighed 4200lbs with an 8-point roll cage.
