Unfortunately, I haven't come across one of those SS Silverados yet:( There are 4 of them around where I live. I'm pretty sure I can beat one, but I don't know for sure until I race one. I drove one before (used to work at a GM and Dodge dealer:), and it wasn't tooo bad. The problem is I have a really hard time trying to get traction, especially on the street.

They run about .2 second better than Hemis. What kind of mods do you have on your truck?

If the roads are good I can smok'em from a 25 mph roll with my MSaine valvebody. Prolly one of the best mods you can do for the street is get a good valvebody job because the 46re is lazy from the factory and you don't notice it til its gone and you feel the more postive shifts.

how is it you only stay door to door with the hemi rc,ive had a few races with these and i beat them by a couple of car lengths everytime.i have a 2002 cc r/t with just exhaust done.surely yours would be faster than mine?

They might've been slightly modded, but it wouldn't be anything past a chip,exhaust, or a cold air intake. I'm pretty sure all that I've raced had duals.
