As for deserters... it's way to easy to get into Canada to hide if you ask me. When you sign up for the military you sign up to fight for your country.... whatever that may mean.... whatever they want you to fight for. You should think of that before you join the military. I raced a guy with a build out the arse 350 in a S-10, I was in my stock R/T at the time, we lined up at a red light and by the time my truck cut off at 115mph he hadn't probably hit but just about 80. This may have been because of a slight traction problem but its all about who crosses the line first.

anyway, one of my friends REALLY dose have a small block s-10 which turns out to be pretty quick. we ran it for the first time with the new motor last night. it went 12.2s all motor and he just has a 350, not an "awesome 385" like you so what did you say yours ran. all i keep hearing is "385" you havent ever said anything about what cam, compression, heads, intake, carb, tranny, rear gears, ect... i honestly think someone read you an artical in car craft and you clame it as your own.
