Why would you try and make a 4100lb tank go fast???? Doesn't make sense!!! Use it for off roading, thats right!! the motor doesn't have enough power to go through mud. Case and point, last summer we took a 1998 ram 2500 4x4 with the 360 boat anchor between the fenders and it couldn't handle 5 inches of mud, the motor couldn't turn the tires. Sunk both axles.

I just can't believe your story. Maybe the Ram had trouble if the tires had been stolen off the truck but hey even your S-10 can handle that much mud jeez.

You wana talk horror stories. I was FIRED from Home Depot last summer because a lady(Who drived a S-10) wanted to put too much fertilized in her bed! The simplest way I can put it is it broke her bed and I was fired for being neglectic.

You obviously don't have an S-10 because you wouldn't call it a piece of crap if you did. If it is 386CI what is the bore than????????? 350 bored .030 over with 400 crank is 383, bored .040 is 385, so what is 386??? No such thing. Have fun getting pistons for it lol.

Oh yah! The reason for being in a Ram is that I work for the Government in the Surveying field(engineering) and that is what we have for vehicles. These trucks break down alot. ie. garbage.

To be honest. My dream truck is the SRT-10 but since im poor and whitetrash, i cant afford one. thats why i bought (actualy it was given to me i couldn't afford it either) my S-10, the names are very similar so it part way fills the void. it dose have a v-8, though its not a 385 its a punched out 360, i know what your going to say, "360 boat anchor" the truth is that i like dodge im just upset that i can have one, so i talk trash.
