I just bought an MSD 6A and was wondering were is the best place to mount this. It's going on a 99 R/T. I went to a shop but they wanted $150 just to mount it then another $150 to hook it up. Thanks in advance for any help.

Oh my God! $300? Dude, do it yourself it's easy, just time
consuming to do everything nice and neat. I mounted my
MSD6A behind the battery. There is even a area of metal to
mount it on which is attached to the fender. Here's a link to a
couple pictures.
