looks pretty dope, the only problem is it is not emissions legal, can anyone tell me exactly how this causes greater emissions?

How can it not be emmissions legal? I'm thinking about getting one this summer and having my local tranny shop install it. The computer controls alot of the tranny stuff. Wonder if it'll flash any codes.
