Message: just buy a line lock solenoid from summit racing for like 40 bucks. get some wire from radioshack and a switch to activate it. You install it in the brake line, it holds brake fluid in the line when you let go of your brake pedal. good luck!

Message: It may not be as easy as you think. It must be installed in the common brake line for both sides. Most people want it in the front brakes, so they can smoke the rear tires. Some off roaders like it in the rear brakes for help on hills.
Installing in the rear is pretty simple. There's only one line, so you just splice it in as per the instructions. It shouldn't interfere with rear ABS.
The front can be a little trickier. There's usually one line from the MC to the differential valve. But there's often two lines coming from the valve, one for each caliper.
In a Ford, you can block off one of the valve ports, and replumb the lines to a single line with a T. I don't know if you can do that with a Dodge. Most likely you can, But I'm not sure.
You cannot place it ahead of the differential valve. If you do, the first time you activate the solenoid and let off the pedal, the brake warning light will come on and stay on.
I wouldn't put one in the system with front anti-locks.
