Hi Guys,
I have a 4.7 2001 Quad Cab, and feel it's time to upgrade the shocks. I'm looking to eliminate that annoying wheel hop during highway driving. Is it still the consensus that Bilsteins are the best?

If i was to get new shocks, i would probably get those Edlebrock(sp?) IAS ones. Hell its been awhile since ive even looked at them.....yeah....

I bought Monroe Sensa-Trac shocks for my Dakota. I'd recommend them because they ride nice (more like a car) and they give good stability.

Also consider Pro Comp ES9000
I bought mine @ http://www.truckperformance.com/?cartID=2001081418282524.4.252.54 & am quite satisfied....I use my Dak as a daily street ride.

Just went to Monroe Reflex shocks on my 00 CC and I noticed the dirrerence right away. They are one step better than the Sensa-tracs although I have read a lot of good stuff on the Sensa-tracs also.

I have KYB MonoMax. They similiar to Edlebrocks but a little cheaper in price. Bilsteins are very good shocks.

Bilsteins are great shocks. Been on 6months+ and love them. A little high dollar but worth it i think.

Is there any tech data out there which show testing results / comparison of shocks???
Would make decisions easier....
