Check this out, i was crusing Ebay and came across this Performance Mod

From what I can tell its a big resistor that basically tricks your computer into thinking it is getting different info from your sensors. (IE Air intake reads as cooler than it really is to the computer)
Seems like a real scam to me, anyone else have thoughts on it.
