Wow! reading back through this sounds like penis envy. "Mine's bigger(better)than yours!". The 4.7 and the 5.9 are BOTH good engines. They have different purposes and designs. Same as the QC [like mine] has a different purpose than a CC or R/T. There is no benefit to anyone to disrespect their ride. Like what you drive and drive what you like. Don't, though, try to change anyone's mind about their truck unless, as they say, you like having an argument with a drunk.

4.7 is replacement for 318 .HEMI is replacement for 360.if you have to compare do apples to apples. but 4.7 still much faster motor than 360.

Either motor stock, seeing 7grand, you're dreaming.
The 4.7 will go much higher, and more torque up there also.
