I have a 2003 5.9 QuadCab with a Vortech running at 12psi, water/alcohol injection, flashed PCM, cam, ported/pocketed R/T heads, and M1 intake. I'm up in Cleveland, Ohio.

That is pretty cool that most have Kenne Bell (not dissing the others). At least I know we have some help from others if we have any problems.
Steve Sharp: I haven't heard of a "Boost Cooler" Is it like an intercooler/aftercooler? If so, was it easy to install and use with you S/C?

I also run a water/alcohol injection system. I have a gauge pod on the pillar with boost, air/fuel ratio, and intake temp. When the water/alcohol injection goes on at 5psi the intake temp drops a good 60 degrees F. Very effective under boost.

I am IP a Kenne Bell Scott has helped me decide..
4.7 3:92 Strait Axel Dual Exaust, a 45RFE Auto that programs it`s self by the way you drive it has 2 second gears one lower than the other.

This Tranny is controled by it`s own computer.
Right from the manual. this trany is a computer controled multi range which combines optimized gear ratios other features include driver adaptive shifting it has 3 sets of sun plantery gears also has a unique alternate second gear that fits between 1st and 3rd.the second is prime. this 2nd prime allows smoother4-2 kick downs at high speeds and second passing performance over a wider highway cruising range.
the Gear ratios are
1st 3.00:1
2nd 1.67:1
2nd Prime 1.50:1
3rd 1.00:1
4th 0.75:1
so the drive adaptive shifting lets the tranny controler pick the gearing just by the way you drive put your foot iin it it remembers and you have a diff. shift patter drive light footed and it uses the other higher patteren.

Matt Snow Alky/Water injection. comes with 2 jets one for 5-6PSI Boost or no or a norm. Asperated. engine all fittings and realays screws and is the best buy for the Buck (pun)
even screws and a small LED to let you know that the injection is on.
Matt Snow is one best I have to answer your questions within 12hrs or less and will call you if you have problems. I will give
Matt Snow a Atta Boy for building a fine kit.
