I have a FIPK for 2000-up 5.9. I installed a Kennebell S/C so it is not needed anymore. Only about 5K mi. on it. $100 shipped. I think I lost a nut or two but you can get what you need at Lowes or other hardware store. It still has the filter cleaning kit (never used). Have original instructions. Very easy to install, mostly just taking out old airbox and replacing the cruise control bracket. E-mail me at inferno8181@yahoo.com if interested.
