 Subject: 4.7 Swap

After seeing the prices on the mods for the standard 4.7 I was wondering if down the road it would make more sense to simply swap in a H.O. 4.7 instead. I figure a pcm flash or replacement would be necessary but would like to hear thoughts on the subject.

Why bother, when you can have most of the increase in power by just swapping the cams ?

Kowalski's right. That's the only significant difference and you can even put in better than the HO cams while you're at it. (See KRC)

hopefully later down in the road means more options for bolt ons....like heads, pcm's
you wont even think about a 4.7 HO swap....you'll just say "PPFFFFFFT"
