Can I use a TB spacer with an aftermarket TB on my 4.7? I have a spacer and I like the increase in milage, but I'm planning on getting a larger bore TB and don't know if I can use this with the spacer designed for the stock one. thanks for any help.

Buy a Dremel Tool and bore it bigger yourself. This gives you an excuse to buy one so you can do all kinds of cool things. I actually bored and polished my own throttle body with my Dremel. It did a great job. You just have to be careful not to remove too much material.
