 Subject: 87 dakota wire harness

I own a 87 dodge dakota and recently the wire on the back of my oil sending unit melted and now oil just shoots out of the unit.So i called around for prices and was told that i need a wire harness.Then I called the dodge dealership and they told me it was dicontinued and that my best bet was to go to a junk yard or try to find it on the internet.So I've been looking around for a while now and can't find anything.Does anybody now where i can find a wire harness?

You probably only need the the oil pressure sender. There is no oil in the wires. I may have tha harness. I can look this afternoon. E-mail me and remind me to look for it nova385@yahoo.com
