Subject: Nerf Bars IP: Logged Message: Any opinions or preferences for the Black Nerf Bars? I've seen Smitty Bilt & Westin for about $198 on the web. Any problems bolting them on? Your comments or source of supply would be helpful. Thanks guys 2001 Dakota New & Red |

I had a Smitty brushguard on my last truck and the paint on it chipped off fast and started to rust. Have yuo looked into the new fiberglass steps. there supposed to be nice if you don't mind the price. I like the chrome bars myself and I have them on my dak. Along with the bed rails and the rollbar combo. |

The bolted right up and only required minor drilling on the rear mount. $120 Bernd D. Ratsch 1997 Dodge Dakota SLT Supercharged w/Nitrous |

They were going to sell me a set of chrome westin nerf bars for 125.00 + shipping. I saw them on e-bay & the auction expired so I emailed the & asked if they would sell a set for 125.00 they said yes!!! |
